Last week I visited the Houston Police Memorial. Sadly, the surroundings are still somewhat damaged and not in their prime conditions due to Hurricane Harvey’s flooding. However the monument itself is quite inviting, the multiple staircases on various sides are hard not to climb up. The location is also very beautiful with a great view of the Houston skyline in the background.
