| James Turrell’s “The Light Inside” -MFAH |
I am a fan of James Turrell, but I think I had started to take this piece a little for granted. I’ve seen it so much I know exactly what it’s going to look like. I’ve stopped slowly down, just walking across to whatever exhibition I’m going to. But I love hearing the reactions of other visitors seeing it for the first time, their “ohs” and “awws” remind me to slow down and appreciate it.
