Being in this natural environment in the midst of the city is kind of surreal. I had never been to Buffalo Bayou park so this was my reason to get out and go. I enjoyed walking along the paths and being in nature was nice. I liked the "listen" sign the most because there is a lot you can listen for even if it's just silence sometimes. I was happy to find them there after all the talk about the flood potentially washing them away/causing damage.
